Post and Beam Model

Below are some images of a post and beam model which i constructed at the scale of 1:50. The model is helpful in many ways from showing the alignment of the rafters to the beams and how a stud wall works. It has windows doors and very small noggings. The structure uses minimal bracing and is on a 20 degree slop. I recommend not to build at this scale as it provided two nights with no sleep. There is one good thing though at this scale the use of balsa was minimal so it was a cheap model to make. Finally people are thinking about the economy.
